Meet Mary and Curtis Timmons.

It all started when Mary began making wine in her kitchen and laundry room. Curtis saw what fun Mary was having and got involved. Mary attended classes and workshops and they would also help other local vineyards and learn everything they could.

A few years before Curtis retired, he thought it would be a good idea to start growing their own grapes. And they did. In 2013, Country Spring Vineyard planted their first one acre of grapevines.

As the adventure grew, the utility room in the house became full of fermentation tanks and winemaking equipment. This was turning into much more than just a hobby.

In 2018, Curtis decided it was time to build a winery. So they built the official Country Spring Vineyard Winery and Tasting Room that opened in 2019 right next to the vineyard.

As of today, Country Spring Vineyard has over 4 ½ acres of grapevines and over 3000 individual vines. They make a variety of red, white and specialty wines from those grapes grown right here in Central Texas.
